Return & Exchange Conditions

At Orfeonegro, we place great importance on customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can legally exchange or return it, or exercise your right to exchange.

🔁 Return Period and Conditions

Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 does not apply, and fraudulent transactions in distance selling require the right of withdrawal under Article 14.
During this period, the product begins to expand in size.

Returns cannot be cancelled, and must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

The product must be returned with its original labels and packaging.

All parts included with accessories or promotional products must be returned intact.

🚫 Returns Not Accepted

The following items are not accepted for return:

Used, washed, or damaged products

Items that are unhygienic (e.g., underwear, jewelry, etc.)

Products personalized by the end user

Products whose legal return period (14 days) has passed

🔄 Exchange Terms

Exchanges can only be made for the same product in stock, a different product, or a current model.

🚚 Return/Exchange Shipping Information

Return shipping costs are covered by our company only if the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

For all other returns and exchanges, the shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

💳 Return Process and Refund

After receiving your return request, your product will be inspected and, if deemed suitable, your payment will be refunded within 7 business days using the same payment method you used during your purchase.

Credit card refunds can be tracked within 2-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
